Extraction of relevant field using drop down

Hi,

I have a use case where we have some fields where F1 and F2 are need to be the selection field in dropdown 
If F1 is selected in dropdown then F2 should not come in output and similarly if F2 is selected then F1 should not come but other fields should come in output

I have attached the desired output.

We can use a Dynamic Select tool as below/

Actually its deselecting the selected field from drop down
If F1 is selected then output columns should be F1 and R 
If F2 is selected then output columns should be F2 and R
