Runner giving warning - no errors if I run it individually

Have a simple flow that runs a bunch of flows.  The first one is a runner followed by a number of conditional runners.

 

The first runner gives me 

 

ConvError: Runner (2): Tool #2: The field "Field_1" was truncated in record #9

 

Field 1  ( I assume) is a single digit

 

I do not get this warning if I run the flow as a standalone.

 

The flow basically sources a small table from a DB  and outputs it as a yxdb - output attached
