Good Afternoon,
I am currently trying to use the following tool:

And it works, ish. If i connect a browse, I can see the full text field, however if i connect any other tool to it (like a select tool or text to column) it truncates the data going to it at 256.
There is no fields to adjust but I dont get how the browse sees the full field and yet any other tool has it it truncated.
What am I missing?
