Missing records from Join Tool, just field headers

Hi there, I am currently using the join tool to match common fields to essentially combine the data. However, despite matching specific fields and ensuring they have are of the same type (V_string, double etc), the output from the join tool shows no records. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? Please refer to the photos I have attached. Thank you!

you see no records because nothing matched. we can't tell you why without seeing the data. generally I'd look for case issues between columns. If you post sample data that would help.

Please provide relevant data to this use case, and kindly provide your criteria in as much detail as possible. If you have a workflow built halfway, kindly export that over as well.

To export a workflow go to: Options > Export Workflow. Kindly do NOT send a "Save As" copy.
