Microsoft Power BI Output Tool - Problem with Extending Access to Workspace's Members

Hi everyone,

I am the admin of our shared workspace and fairly new to Alteryx.

My team members are trying to use the Microsoft Power BI Output Tool to push the output of a flow into our shared workspace. When they select the "connect" option, the "Approval Required" appears for them. 

The issue is that after filling out the forum, I do not receive any notification or email to grant their request.

 

Can you help me to resolve this issue?
