I have data which I want to have a trend line for in the table itself. The percentages I can turn into double. But I want to show per line a trend line from Jan to May. So for Person A Store 1 - it would show a trend line next to it on a table.

You can create charts by Interactive Chart tool. Here is the example of arranging Table and Line chart together.
