Dear community,

I had these 2 internal errors while trying to connect to Sharepoint using the Sharepoint input tool

I managed to authenticate, selected the file path, but then i got these errors when i run the workflow

Error: SharePoint Input (1): Internal error: Failed to read port assignment
Error: SharePoint Input (1): Internal Error - Deadlock detected (@1)

Any help on how to deal with them ?

Thank you

Yes, I was able to get help from the Alteryx support team and get it resolved. You may follow the following steps:

Close Designer.
Go to C:\\Users\<Your User> and delete the .shiv folder.
Go to C:\\Users\<Your User>\AppData\Roaming\Alteryx\Tools and delete SharePointInput_2_4_1 and SharePointOutput_2_4_1 folders.
Open Designer and go to File =>Open Workflow=>Browse and find the SharePoint_v2.4.1.yxi file (might be in your documents folder). Highlight it and click Open.
After connector is installed, restart Designer, and test the SharePoint 2.4.1 Input tool.
If you get the same error, try it two more times.

The version may be different based on users.
