Input Data Configuration Bug : Cannot see Choose Table or Specific Query window

Hi all. I have developed a fully functional, working successful workflow. One of the inputs is to a ODBC Database with a custom SQL done in SQL Editor. Again, everything works fine and I can successfully run the workflow.
I now have a need to tweak the SQL slightly, so I go into the configuration for the Input Data, and I click on the icon to Choose Table or Specfic Query.
However, the Alteryx Designer user interface fails. A window pops up, with the border and buttons, but the white space where the SQL code itself would be does not appear, and instead I see my workflow through it! I cannot update the code. However the buttons still work (I can test query, OK or Cancel) but I can't type any new code.
I've tried reinstalling Alteryx Designer, upgrading to 2021.4.1 and this has happened to another workflow so it's not workflow specific.
Anyone else seen this and has any advice?

This definitely looks like a case for support@alteryx.com. Send them an email describing your symptoms. Make sure to include details about your data source and the ODBC driver that you're using.
