Hi,
I am wondering if there is a way to scan an Outlook inbox to identify/import the most recent attachment conforming to a specific naming convention.
Rather than manually saving an attachment to a folder and importing that specific file, it would be helpful to automatically identify the most recent version received.
Thanks
Using Office 365, we added a gateway that connects to our network drives, and I set up a Microsoft Flow that runs when a new email is received, and saves all attachments to a specific folder. Using the Flow, I add a random number and received date/time to the end of each attachment file name. The only problem is the max attachment size is 20Mb. So the flow sends me an email if any attachment is too large to be saved by the Flow.
Then I can just scan one network folder for specific file names, by create date.
We avoid manually saving attachments, and everything is in one folder.
