I need a formula that will allow me to find the difference between 2 dates.

HELP - 

The date fields are in yyyy-mm-dd  format and I need to create a new field that will have the difference between the 2 dates.  One field is Case Initiation and the other is called Onboarding End Date.  😭

You can use the "DateTimeDiff" Formula for this. 

DateTimeDiff(date1,date2,unit)

E.g. DateTimeDiff([Case Initiation],[Onboarding End Date],'days')
