I would like to use the Email Tool (Reporting).
However, there is a constant error. The IT team needs the IP address of Alteryx Designer.
How do I know the IP and Port information of Alteryx Designer?

Good for you in that your IT team is supportive of connecting Designer with the mail server. (not for my case...)
IP
Open Command Prompt on your Windows menu.
Run "ipconfig" and you would see IPv4 address.
Port
It would depend on the setting of your mail server.

What is the error you are receiving?
ipconfig is the correct command to get your IP address, but your IP address is likely to change in the future and the port number means nothing really.
