How do you use an excel file that has 1 sheet with 3 columns: to, cc and bcc in order for the email output tool to collect the contact names from the different columns to correspond to the email output?

Your sheet has 3 columns (To/cc/bcc) but is the contact names in a different column?

It seems that hosting a Distribution List on your mail engine did not get support 🙂
Attached is an example of the workflow, you need to append the to, cc, bcc fields to the data stream before invoking the email tool.
