Highlighted cell output if criteria not met

Is there a way to have my output data highlight cells that do no fit a specific criteria? (example wrong legal name)

Yes for reports and output - if you are using reporting tools you can put you data in an table for rendering. You can then create rules to display the data in various ways based upon differing criteria either by row rules (record) or by field (column rules).
