Get the latest date of file

Hello guys, I have a workflow that gets data from SQL and output as CSV however some of my teammates have some alter columns and values depending on what they want (not static) to do on the file itself. and after altering I need to import it again to Alteryx for email tool.

So what I want to do is from SQL to CSV - Dynamic name of file with date

Import from CSV back to Alteryx - will get the maximum date or latest date.

You sure can use Formula tool to generate a full path including DateTime.

For the second query, you have many csvs?

yeah per day it will generate one file, and input should get the latest file that's why i added current date when i export.

Hey @Ultralightbeam ;

The easiest way to do this is with a directory tool - that will give you the list of file names with the date; then you can sort and take the latest into a Dynamic Input tool.   Job done.
