Find X value from A,B,C,... columns

I have excel file from where I want to find XYZ value where as XYZ value is coming in multiple columns. So in the output I want to see XYZ value only and from which columns it is coming from?

I got the correct column now in output. If I want to get correct value from the another table i.e. table B. Where I should get US/UK from the company name which is at 4th position after delimiter underscore. So, when it is Unclassified then it should get the data from table B.
