Hello Alteryx Community,

I am seeking your assistance in creating a table that takes specific columns into account. The desired output should resemble the following format and be exported to an Excel file.

I have attached the data excel for your reference.

Looking forward for your response.

@KamenRider  not an exact replica of what you asked for but a starting point, if you want the multiple columns heading tehn you will need to look at the reporting tools, hope this helps?

Hi @KamenRider

To generate something like this in Excel you'll need to use the Reporting tools as @aatalai has mentioned - have a look through this three part guide that will be super useful for you, covering merging columns/rows etc and exporting to Excel https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Engine-Works/How-to-Create-Merged-Cells-in-Reports-Part-1/ba-p/9746...

Thanks @davidskaife . @aatalai . I have checked the site and seems beyond my knowledge. My challenge includes moving the date as well as the New and Total as column. Can you help me with this?

Looking forward for your continued assistance.

@KamenRider take a look at this, might need some manually adjustments

This is great @aatalai  however I have some questions, how did you hide or remove the date in this Multi field formula?

My workflow resulted to this:

That is why the resulted is not quite correct as seen below:

Could you please let me know where I might have made a mistake?

The numbers in the headers I had to manually rename them in the table tool

Thank you @aatalai , you solve the puzzle! I didn't know that the table tool has a rename field.

Thanks, again
