Filtering in Alteryx

Hello All, In my dataset I have multiple entries for one particular account. I want to filter out the rows where the year is 2021 and the price is less than the previous years. Below is an example of what I am looking – I need the row (where it say "need this as output") as output where the year_month is the latest month of 2021 and the price is lower than the other prices this account has. Thanks! I think this is kinda... Impossible? Your data is veeeery different than the desired output...
