I have changed nothing about the workflow except the sender in the email output. The workflow still runs fine when I use the original workflow with the old sender information but when I input my email instead, it won't send the email output. Any ideas on what I can try?
What does it say in your results window?
If it says "Messages sent:" then the email tool is working correctly. There could be many reasons why it doesn't get received, however. Most smtp email services have limitations on who the sender of the email can be. Check with your IT department or email service provider to find out if there are any restrictions.
