@kpontarollo does your company currently invest in a technology that captures this information? Many organizations have sales/marketing branches that invest in engagement monitoring tools. They normally embed some kind of tracking element (pixel) in the email that when opened sends a kind of signal back to your systems to get this data. These companies would be like Mailtrack, HubSpot, Yesware, Bananatag, etc. If you have the data available to do subsequent analysis in Alteryx, this is pretty easy. Otherwise, I'm not sure how you would extract the metadata of opened vs non opened email.
