Dynamic date calculations and creating columns with conditions

Greetings I am new to Alteryx and I am a month old learning

I have been trying to create a workflow with dynamic that will calculate :

- rolling 3 month sum of engine failures

- rolling 12 month sum  of engine failues

- Create an intersection column with the following condition ( Yes - if the rollwing 3 month sum is >= 2 and rolling 12 month sum >=7, else no)

I have tried different options such as using filters transposing to no avail. 

After much frustration, reaching out if any one can help.

Maybe my understanding for Rolling 3 and 12 is different with yours, the result is slightly different.
