Dynamic XML input

Apologies if this already answered.

I am trying to read a bunch of XML files (400+). They are all saved in the same directory. However the dynamic input tool does not work as there are variations in schemas between the files. I have used a batch macro found on the Community. It seems to only grab the top file in the directory.

After inputing all the files I need to parse the outer XML to access the data needed.

I think the problem is in the macro. Could you help me find where I got it wrong?

I'd update the macro to read the xml in as a csv with no delimiter (see below) and then use the XML Parse tool to get what you need out of the outer XML. The way the batch macro works will replicate the same process for each of your XMLs and then union the output on the back of it.
