Dynamic Filter

Hi all, I have a dataset that contains two columns Searched company and Customer name. I need to filter the data based on the record in the searched company. This need to be automatically done without hard coding. If I pass another file with a different searched company,it should filter the data based on the respective searched company. Please find the sample file.
