Dynamic Filename in Send Email Event

Hello

 

Is it possible to have a dynamic filename when attaching a file into an email using the send email event?

 

Cannot use the email tool for this.

Not that I am aware of - Events don't have an attachment option whereas the Email tool does. Why can't an Email tool be used?
