Anyone here can create a example how to use and populate the drop down list:
Example in excel
Name Age
Dennis 34
Randy 33
Shiela 23
Rose 13
Names will be in the Drop Down List the once I Select a Name his Age will be displayed or in excel form

What is the List that I want will be coming from a specific column in excel , then what I will do is choose a specific data then it will display the sets of records that correspond to the record that I chose.

@Grail030510 You can do this from an external file as well. You need to name your columns NAME and VALUE, and then select the 'External Source' option in the dropdown tool

You can also use the input to populate your Drop Down tool. In this way, you need to have not a list of names, but those names as column headers. When you select a name from your menu, it changes the name in the filter from "John" to whatever name you choose and only allows those records to pass.
