Develop a Burdened Wage by Company by Sceario

What I want to do, but don't know how to setup:

I have a list of job positions with a base wage.
The goal is to develop a fully burdened wage (FBW) by multiplying [Wage]*[Fringe] then *[Overhead]

But, I want to build the FBW for a given company using both a base case and an aggressive case.

Ideally, I then want to output the results by position for each company and scenario.

Finally, I want to output a summary table with a row for each company and scenario. with the total sum for FBW (not by position, just the total).

I have attached a workflow that includes a position table with the starting Wage as well as a Rate table by company by scenario with values for Fringe and Overhead.

In a perfect world. The solution would use interface elements.

I would prefer a slider for each company and scenario that would allow to set and run each company and scenario simultaneous. 

The fringe slider would be from 1.30 to 1.75 and adjustable in increments of .005
the overhead slide would be form 0 to 1.12 and adjustable in increments of .005

Once, I understand the basics on how to this I can build the full idea.

The three tables are Positions/Wage,  Rates,  Desired Output.
