Designer core certification

I have passed the designer core certification exam on 23rd of July 2021

I have not yet received the pdf certificate.

Can anyone help regarding how to get the pdf certificate?

I have sent an email to certification@alteryx.com yesterday evening but I have received no reply from them as yet

Since yesterday was weekend there would have been a deplay. Wait for 1-2 week days.
