Deleting similar values

How can I look at a list of data, decide if it has a PO assigned , then removes all of the duplicated amounts?

@tiverson ,

 

This is scary, but I'd just use a UNIQUE tool and check the Amt field.  It will select the "FIRST" amount that is unique and go from there.
