Data Changes - Possible in Alteryx ?

Hi All,

First of all apologize for raising this as a new post in the community.

Emil_Kos has provided solution which is close to my expected output and facing some challenges around that.

The Prop Code that was highlighted in Blue was there in previous Month but not in current month ( The missing Prop code should be reported in the current month is where I'm facing the challenge)

Always the calculation has to be dynamic so 

that when i filter the dates 30.10.2016 as current it has to check 30-09-2016

 when i filter the dates 30-09-2016 as current it has to check 31-08-2016
