Convert Rows to New Columns based on Certain Conditions

Hello Alteryx Community!

Please see the supporting Excel file, containing an example input tab and expected output. 

I'm looking to move rows into columns based off of certain criteria. 

For example, on my Input tab, I have two columns - one with a parent code and one with a child code. I need to sort these into new columns based on the prefix contained in the parent code (OFF, CTG, SBR, MKT, etc..), and I need the child code sorted with it.

You can see in the output example, the rows are sorted into new columns by the parent code prefix and carry the child codes with them.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
