Connect to Power BI using PowerBI Output tool

When I try to sign in via an internet browser, I get this prompt

Upon clicking my account, I get this pop-up window

But when I click on "Have an admin account?...", I get sent back to the first image.

 

Does anyone know what is happening? The Microsoft account is a student account provided by my school if that helps.
