Condition Formatting - Columns in Table

Hi Team,

I need some help with a formula for a table I have as an output.

I need to have a cell in one column look into another for a result.

If selected column says "YES" and other column says "N", then I want my YES column to turn RED.

See screenshot for more detail.

Any hints?

Simply set a column rule in the table tool.
