You’re right - I just saw the core thing on the image. If this is from the certification test, you are not allowed to do this. 

If this is from some training material for upskilling, it’s a different thing.

oh no it's not a certification test. Im currently enrolling in an Alteryx beginner class. This is one of the assignment.

Ok, it's a pretty simple question. Think about how you might do this in Excel and see what tools might do the same in Alteryx. You can also use the search bar in Alteryx to find tools with certain functions.

In this case, it may be a little misleading, but some of the prior community posts in the help section may help as well. A summarize tool is the easiest way to answer this question.
