I am away from my computer but I would bring down a Summarize tool, making sure to Sum the fields that you want totaled. You can also remove the prefixes in that tool to make sure the same name remains BECAUSE then afterwards you’d use a Union tool to stack the original data and the summarized data. They should stack automatically as long as the column names are the same.
here’s a text version of what I’d do - try it out on your side!

There is a function " Total Row" in the Cross Tab tool and we can utilize it for achieve what you need.
