Duplicate row is being created from the input?

Hi all,

I've checked my incoming file a dozen times and there's definitely no duplicates. But when I check the input tab a duplicate row is being created. I've restarted the app multiple times with no fix. Anyone experience anything similar? There are no tools being used. Literally just the input tool is creating this duplicate row.

I can't find anything that indicates that this is a known issue. I know I could use a Unique tool but would like to fix the root cause.

I'm on Version 2023.2.1.133 Patch 3. Our server runs this so I can't upgrade.

Here's the original file. Sorted by title to show no duplicate titles.

And here's the input showing an extra Ethics for New York Tax Professionals was created.

Have you checked for hidden rows?

Oh wow. I had tried Unhide and it didn't do anything. Turns out it wasn't hidden but someone had made the row height 0 so Unhide didn't work. I had to adjust the row height to get it open instead.
