Adding a "header" to my xls output

Hello

 

I am looking at changing the format of my output for a current workflow. Each row has the same date in column E, as well as the same Name in column F. I am trying to have a "header" added so that cell A1 shows the Name and B1 shows the date. Is there a formula/function to make this happen? thanks.

@ianvosler I tried. I think this should be ok.
