Here are some ideas on how you can boost user adoption:

User survey - Collect feedback from existing AAI users on where they need more support or where AAI isn’t meeting their needs. Work with them to address these using AAI.

Lunch n' Learn - Run an AAI training session covering what the tool does and how to use it to generate interest in new departments.

Competition - Incentivize users with prizes to ideate use cases and find impactful insights.

Hackathon - Gather users to brainstorm use case ideas and solve a challenge using AAI.
You can supplement these activities with the AAI onboarding program for users new to AAI. Check out the AAI best practices blog series (Part 1 and Part 2) to find out how to get the most out of the product.
