Challenge #81: Multi-Level Bill of Materials Problem

Tried to do this without a macro, but realized an iterative macro was much easier.  Originally put nulls as placeholders for both parent quantity and full quantity, but then had to do several additional steps that didn't quite work to fix.  Ended up with almost the same result as the given solution.
