Here is my solution

I was thinking this was easy, but it took me a long time to get this right. There were many instances where data was not clean and needed to be included on the if statement logic.

I am still not complaining because I enjoyed the challenge.

Different from default solution, I did multiple and parse the time for both columns with multiple column tool!
