This was a tough one for me.  I tried this solution and that, and still could not quite  get to the right answer.  I ended up leveraging the solution by @OllieClarke .

Thank you, Ollie - I tried to use the Tile tool, but it did not quite work for me - thanks for showing the way!

The steps my workflow takes are
1. Get all unique types
2. Get all unique pairs
3. Get all used pairs
4. Get all unused pairs

To distinguish pairs (Bug-Dark vs Dark-Bug), each pair is given a key where the types are ordered alphabetically

IFF([Type1] <= [Type2], [Type1] + [Type2], [Type2] + [Type1])​

In Type 1 we have 18 Unique Record

in Type 2 We have 18 Unique Record

So Total Combination has to 324 

Now , some combination already given in Input dataset , there are total 188 Unique combination , which  is not mention in Input data 

Note : It Actually a Nice Weekly Challenge
