So I created an app that you can choose the food type you want and it outputs the major food code and the year with the highest consumption. The hardest part was making the column headers dynamic so they update to the input.

Curious if anyone did this on designer cloud. I gave it a try but do not see how to configure the CSV to skip records so I had to import everything, but then once it is imported I cannot sample or create recordID without sorting which I do not want to do. Eventually gave up and went back to my old friend designer.

Make sure to use the csv file and not the excel file, otherwise you will get different results.
