Solved! I went with a Batch Macro to import the files, which also allowed me to put the Hombres/Mujeres designation based on the tabs' data instead of hardcoded. I also got a slightly different answer than the solution, but one was rounding and one was the order that I did something

I did a V2 as attach, as Friday I rushed it a bit.  I do not understand why for Q1 there are not more Countries in the solution for 2015.
