The imputation was rough for me.  And I use the multi-row formula often.  I just struggled with it. 

The ETS part was simple enough.

I was fairly quick at this one - could have done it faster had i not tried to avoid using crosstab by using group-by in the multi-row only to realize that would not work because without the crosstab I had not generated the null entries that needed to be imputed.
