my solution. not sure I understand why a number of the records were removed pre-processing - due to this, my answers are different. if anyone can explain it, it would be greatly appreciated.
My answers do not line up with the solution. But when I look at the input and the instructions, I think I am right. I wonder if some of the data had changed between when this was posted and today?
