My solution

It looks like forecasting for product 3 should have 30 units stocked for the first week of 2014.

Fairly comfortable with Time Series since doing a project with it, and therefore spent longer than I'd like to admit looking for where the small discrepancy vs the output was coming from until I checked comments to see it likely came with a version change. Either way, I'll take the refresher.
