- Grabbed month letter by taking left character of string
- Created Year field by noting if length is 3, then take rightmost 2 characters, otherwise Null
- If Year is Null, take value of record above
- Set Month Number by numbering field, grouped by year
- Converted month number to month using formula I found in a post from MarqueeCrew - it creates a dummy date (year and day don't matter), then extracting Month using %b
- Eliminated extraneous MonthNum columns
