Had too much fun with this.  Remembered what I learned from the web scraping classes at #Inspire19 to get the data from the website, then created an app.  Tried to get more recent data from the site, but connection wasn't working (returned error of "too many users").

Figured out everything except how to not repeat row headers in the output table.  First time playing with tables and row/column rules. Good Fun!

I chosen Chula Vista, California. I never been there but it seems to be a cool name for a city - at least my analysis shows good air quality in Chula Vista!
