Borrowed the modulo formula trick from @mceleavey and this works great.  I've always wanted a reason to use that in Alteryx :)

These exercises are really helpful to me because as I read through the question, I like to think that there is something I don't know about. So I was reading through some of the "datetime" formulas and I was reminded about formulas like DateTimeTrim Second/Hour/Minute etc. Thank you for all of these!
