Challenge #1: Join to Range

My solution is attached, used Generate Rows tool, pretty similar to most here.

I guess solution is more or less same as @cbridges answer. Attaching the workflow for further reference.

Simple data blending exercise. Took the customer dataset and used a formula tool to group the postal codes by range. 

 

After blending the data, I went ahead and bumped the dataset back to the lookup table by the join tool.
