1. Use SELECT tool to remove "Weekly Sales" and "Store Volume" column
2. Use FILTER command [Region]="South" to get the rows having Region value South.
3. Use SORT to sort data. Column -->TransInYear , Order --> Descending
4. Use SAMPLE tool to take first 5 rows using First N rows option, set N=5
