Solution for project Capstone:

To modify data in a one specific format Record tool, Transpose tools and Cross tab tools are used. 

Also Join tools are used for combining both survey data and benchmark data 

also Text to column tools and formula tools are used

So hard for beginners !! Especially considering how the practice exercise are quite easy and are absolutely not made to prepare us to do this exercise ! The gap is too big
